All rental accommodation is subject to a 10% government accommodation tax.
Note: There will be a 10% government accommodation tax added to all rentals at Three Cays Villa . This tax is mandatory, and will be remitted to the TCI government at no benefit to Three Cays Villa . On June 1, 2004, the Turks & Caicos government imposed the above-mentioned 10% private villa rental accommodation tax, which affects every villa rental in the TCI. This tax is identical to the 10% tax imposed by all TCI resorts and hotels (although, at Three Cays Villa , we do not charge the additional 10% service charge imposed at all resorts and hotels). Three Cays Villa benefits in no way from the collection of this tax.
